电脑蓝屏，显示BAD_POOL_HEADER 解决办法

操作系统是Winxp professional 版本2002 Service pack2.在系统启动时或操作中经常出现蓝屏,

显示内容为

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
BAD_POOL_HEADER
If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen,
Restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If your need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, Press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then
select SafeMode.

这个问题有三个原因造成
1病毒
2硬盘有坏道
3内存与主板不兼容
按这个步骤1杀毒
如果没毒
1在故障恢复控制台下执行CHKDSK
还不行
2重新插拔内存或试试别的内存

你可以 ——运行 ——输入CHKDSK 试一试
